January Newsletter 2024

The first week of 2024 is already over. Whether you mark the new year now or at Spring Equinox, let’s take a moment together to reflect:

What valuable lessons did you learn from the past year?
What self-care practices do you plan on prioritizing this coming year?
How do you most want to feel?

And if you just want to hibernate like a bear right now… congratulations! You’re in sync with nature’s rhythm and natural cycles.

I have a good feeling about 2024.

Partly due to ending 2023 burned out, sick and fatigued. Which was very healing and illuminating.

You see, comfort isn’t always helpful. Sometimes you need contrast in the form of a wake up call to show you what isn’t working. To re-align you with what is.

Many years of holistic healing – yoga, energy work, spiritual practice and natural healing – has taught me how to embrace discomfort and appreciate moments of misalignment.

I’ve learned how to listen to the body like a sacred guide. To discern the voice of the inner healer. To take intuitive guidance and put it into practice.

So every month, in this newsletter, I’ll share insights, experiences, and practical tips to support your personal growth, healing, and creativity.

Here’s a sneak peek of what’s coming up:

There is no one-size-fits-all in wellness or in life. No matter what the so-called gurus, wellness leaders or spiritual healers try to sell you. No one is above your own inner authority.

If what you’re doing isn’t working for you – why the hell are you doing it?!

Remember, the path to wellness and personal development is unique to each individual so trust your instincts and prioritize what feels right for you.
